Training reputable employees who have an international level of knowledge and information on Medical Laboratory techniques and who are preferred by public and private sectors.
The Objective of the Program is training qualified and technical intermediate staff that has the knowledge and skills to perform all kinds of diagnosis by using Medical Laboratory devices.
Students with YGS-2 points will be admitted to this program.
Students graduating from this program carry out analysis and reporting works for diagnosis with biological materials at biochemistry, microbiology, hematology, pathology, blood bank, emergency laboratory, pediatric metabolism and other related laboratories within the Medical Laboratory scope.
Students graduate from this program with the Medical Laboratory Technician title. Our graduates may be employed at state hospitals, public institutions such as university hospitals and at Medical Laboratory units belonging to the private sector. Our graduates cannot establish businesses individually. Students who complete the program will be awarded with an Associate's Degree and Health Technician (Medical Laboratory Technician) title.
The objective of Medical Laboratory Techniques Program
is training technicians who have the adequate level of knowledge and technical expertise to perform routine examination and analysis physicians require for the patients in diagnosis, follow up and treatment stages by using the laboratory devices and tools under the roof of health institutions and are capable of reporting the findings in line with the required standards.
