Bezmialem Family Gathered for Breakfast


​Our employees came together with our managers at the breakfast program, which was traditionally organized to congratulate the administrative staff of our university and hospitals on the success of promotion.

The promotion ceremony which started with opening speeches, was attended by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees Ahmet Akça, Member of the Board of Trustees Bekir Hulusi Cansu, our Rector Prof. Dr. Rümeyza Kazancıoğlu, rector consultant Prof. Dr. Erdal Tekarslan, General Secretary Zeynep Gökçen, Faculty of Medicine Dean Prof. Dr. Dilek Sema Arıcı, Faculty of Dentistry Dean Prof. Dr. Alper Alkan, Faculty of Pharmacy Dean Prof. Dr. Gülaçtı Topçu, Health Services Vocational Schools Principle Prof. Dr. Gökçen Başaranoğlu and our academic and administrative executives.

Our rector Prof. Dr. Rümeyza Kazancıoğlu, who carried out the opening speeches, stated; "We are a family, we have always succeeded in this family that supports each other and we will get through together.

Mutual trust is the first thing we need in order to move our institution forward. I believe that our institution will come to better places with this trust. I believe that we can achieve this altogether. I congratulate all of my colleagues on their promotion and wish them continued success. I sincerely greet all my colleagues who are partners in this enthusiasm and who always keep up their professional love as though it were their first day."

Our General Secretary Zeynep Gökçen, who started her speech by congratulating all the administrative personnel on their promotion, stated ; "Today we have come together to communicate more closely with each other and to present our congratulatory certificates to our promoted personnel. We continue to add many innovations and priorities in our academic and administrative fields. One of the priorities of this year is to ensure the development of our employees in line with the objectives and requirements of the institution, and in this respect, we implemented the 360 ° Administrative Staff Performance Assessment Survey for the performance evaluation of the administrative staff in 2018. The 360 ° Administrative Staff Performance Assessment Questionnaire was created in line with the needs of our institution and provides a platform for collecting data from colleagues, employees and managers who report to them. We aimed to evaluate our colleagues in a fairer and more reliable way and carried out our works in this direction. I would like to express my gratitude to all of our Human Resources team, especially the Assistant General Secretary Hatice Kösretaş."

Following the breakfast, our staff was presented with congratulatory certificates by our managers.
