Bezmialem Vakif University The Faculty of Dentistry was founded in 2010. The faculty has started its undergraduate education with a total of 30 students in 2010-2011 academic year and serves in 8 branches of education. The dental training, which includes a five-year education and training program, includes basic medical sciences and theoretical and practical dental vocational courses for the first 3 years and in addition clinical training and internship programs for the 4th and 5th grade students on patients. Our students at our faculty will be observers and oral hygiene trainers in the clinics from the first year in line with the recommendations of the European Dental Education Association (ADEE) to be the first in our country and will take repeated theoretical and practical emergency medical intervention courses every year.
Courses on "Orthodontics", "Periodontology", "Prosthetic Dental Treatment", "Restorative Dental Treatment", "Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery", "Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology" of the clinical sciences and internship training will be carried out in the Faculty of Dentistry at the main campus on Vatan Caddesi.
Graduates from the Bezmialem Vakif University Faculty of Dentistry will be able to work in oral and dental health services as dentists who can use the latest technology with current knowledge and experience.
