The “Introduction to Bioinformatics and Programming Languages" course was organized to familiarize researchers interested in bioinformatics with fundamental concepts and to introduce programming languages used in bioinformatics analysis. The course, organized by the Institute of Life Sciences and Biotechnology (BİLSAB), covered topics including “Introduction to Bioinformatics, Operating Systems," “Sequence Alignment, Genomic and NGS Data Analysis," “Transcriptomics and Systems Biology," “Protein Bioinformatics and Structural Bioinformatics," and “Ethics, Data Management, and Project Applications."
