In this direction, horizontal and vertical career mobility of employees is increasing. However, mistakes made in job preferences cause intense job changes of employees throughout their career life. Our center, which closely monitors the changes in business life, helps our students to develop their knowledge, skills and abilities, and also to get to know themselves and choose the most suitable job. For this purpose, we offer training and consultancy programs that aim to increase the motivation of our students and provide career planning and development support in cooperation with İŞKUR. In these programs, trainings covering topics such as CV preparation, interview techniques, professional social media use, and personal image management are given to our students by career experts. In this way, our students have the cognitive, affective and behavioral equipment to plan and manage their own careers before they graduate.
