Like every year, our University organized an ‘Orientation Program’ for our new students on August 23-24-25, 2016. During the orientation program organized for speeding adaptation of our international students to academic and social life, our new students learned about the running of the university and its units, in addition they visited various historical locations and got to know each other.
On the first day of the orientation program organized by our International Relations Office, following the internal promotion tour, presentations on online access, education-training, accommodation, transportation, health and social services to ease the lives of international students have been made by the Student’s Affairs and SKS Director Muhammet Sacit Çakır and Information Technologies Director Ayhan Dalak. After lunch at our renewed halls, an introduction activity took place and the day was finalized.
On the second and third day, our new students got to closely learn the most historical and beautiful locations of Istanbul with historical peninsula and Miniatürk visits and our orientation program was completed with a breakfast at the Bosporus and a boat tour.
