At Bezmialem Vakıf University the "Where Are We At Fundamental Sciences" titled "Scientific Workshop" was arranged. Head of the Medical Biochemistry dept. Prof. Dr. Abdürrahim Koçyiğit our rector Prof. Dr. Rümeyza Kazancıoğlu, Rector Consultant Prof. Dr. Erdal Tekarslan, Medical Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. Dilek Sema Arıcı, Pharmcay Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. Gülaçtı Topçu, Head of Medical Microbiology dept. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Ziya Doymaz, Head of Embriology and Histology Main Dept. Prof. Dr. Mukaddes Eşrefoğlu, Head of Physiology Main dept. Prof. Dr. İsmail Meral, Head of Anatomy Main Dept. Prof. Dr. Yasin Arifoğlu, Doç. Dr. Şahbettin Selek of the Medical Biochemistry dept., Doç. Dr. Fahri Akbaş of the Medical Microbiology dept , Doç. Dr. Fatemeh Bahadori of the Pharmaceutic Biotechnology main dept and many more of our academicians attended the workshop.
Our rector who carried out the opening speech at the workshop launch stated ; "I would first like to thank everyone who has been here with us this morning. We had emphasised on our educational system and the methods on how we could develope our quality, in last years academic term. This year we are here to debate on how we can shed spotlight on scientificness. We actually carry out many studies but we dont come together and share them among ourselves."
Our rector Kazancıoğlu, whos working to create a vision at Bezmialem Vakıf University, stated ; "As Bezmialem Vakıf University we have always aimed to be scientific and to contribute towards scientificness. We have shared our publishings, carried out their follow – ups, encouraged scientific studies and tried to contribute. I thank you for your participation and interest."
Following our rectors speech , Hacettepe University Nuerosciences and Psychiatric Institute Manager Prof. Dr. Turgay Dalkara carried out a presentation on "World Neuroscience and Postgraduate Education in the field of Neuroscience in Turkey".
