As the result of the collaborative work between our university and Istanbul University's Medical Faculty Pediatric Allergies Department , our university achieved the Pediatric Allergy Department "Best Verbal Statement award" . Doç. Dr. Emin Özkaya of the Pediatrics Department and Biostatistic Dept. Head Yrd. Doç. Dr. Ömer Uysal, Uzm. Dr. Fatih Dilek of the Pediatric Allergy and Immunology Department , received the prize along with 3 other academicians from Istanbul University with the study titled ; "Evaluating Results of Yama Tested Food Additives in Patients with Chronic Urticaria", at the 12th International Participating Pediatric Allergy and Asthma Congress that was held in Kuşadası between 23 – 26 April by the Pediatric Allergy and Asthma Academy Society.
A participation grant to the Europe and Allergy Clinic Immunology Congress that will be held in Helsinki, will be given out to one of the academicians that took place in the scientific study.
