With the participation of our rector Prof. Dr. Rümeyza Kazancıoğlu and General Secretary Zeynep Gökçen, many of our academicians, deans, administrative personnel and a lot of our students gathered together at the dinner held during the "Preference Term Introduction Week" which was held at our University between 11th and 26th Of July '17. The event was held at the Historic Central Campus.
Our rector Prof. Dr. Rümeyza Kazancıoğlu, who carried out the opening speech and thanked all of the attendees who contributed during the introduction weeks stated, "I thank all of our students who supported us by participating at the fairs, stands, our school. We view all of you as a member of the Bezmialem family."
By giving out facts on the number of visitors our university received General Secretary Zeynep Gökçen stated, "There has been a great increase in the number of students that have visited our university compared to last year. This rise shows us the increase in the recognition and brand value our University has acheived. While our website was visited by 57 K student candidates in 2016, there was a significant rise with 144.394 students this year. 1566 student candidates visited our Central Campus, 256 visited our Eyüp Sultan Campus and 246 visited the Sultangazi İlhan Varank Campus. Also, 5822 student candidates carried out calls to our call centers. A total of 152.284 student candidates obtained information about our university. I thank all of our students and personnel who were assigned in the preference term for their devoted efforts."
The students who introduced Bezmialem to the candidates thanked the University executives for their support.
