We are happy to announce that we will now accept nominations of your students for the winter semester 2024! Please find some information about the nomination and application procedure for exchange students at FH Campus Wien University of Applied Sciences below.
The nomination deadline for the winter semester 2024 is April 30, 2024.
Please nominate your student(s) via our online nomination form:

ERASMUS Partner University: Please select “Erasmus SMS" as exchange programme. (Also for traineeship nominations)
Partner University form Switzerland: Please select “SEMP SMS" as exchange programme. (Also for traineeship nominations)
If you would like to nominate more than one student, please fill in the nomination form for each student separately.
Once we have received your online nomination(s), we will send an email to the nominated student(s) including all the relevant information regarding the application procedure (registration link for the application platform, required documents, application deadline, course information etc.).
All students (including trainees) need to fill in the online application form and upload the requested documents until April 30, 2024. The application form and all documents need to be submitted electronically. We cannot accept any documents in paper form or by e-mail. We will start contacting nominated students by March 2024.
