At the beginning of each semester, undergraduate students who have fulfilled their financial liabilities within periods determined in the academic calendar will re-register and select courses through the automation system. The registration of Prep class students is carried out by the Department of Foreign Languages (Students with full scholarships don't have any financial liabilities as long as their scholarships are valid and in place). Students who select courses have to obtain the approval of their advisors. Otherwise, registration will be deemed as ineffective. Students who do not re-register within the periods required cannot attend classes or take exams within that semester.
