Bezmialem Vakif University (BVU) added a new agreement to its international academic cooperation agreements. The new agreement has been signed with University of Washington Educational Outreach (UWEO), U.S.A.
BVU and UWEO first came into contact at the NAFSA conference, and Christopher Gilman, International English Language Programs Senior Director, later formalized this cooperation during his trip to our University.
The Agreement was signed by Prof. Dr. Adnan Yüksel, Rector on behalf of BVU, and Mr. Gilman, Senior Director on behalf of UWEO. During his visit to our university, Mr. Gilman also mentioned that they are eager to develop this collaboration in the long-term.
The objective of this new collaboration is to facilitate students & staff exchanges between the two universities and to enhance academic excellence by joint projects.
