The registration of students placed with our University in accordance with the 667 numbered KHK will be carried out over e-state between the dates of 26-28 November 2016.
· No tuition fees will be taken from students during registration. (Students are required to pay their tuition fees by the 2016-2017 academic year fall semester final exams.)
· The documents of the registering students will be obtained from the coordinator university by our University.
· The students completing their registration over e-state are required to complete the SSPC Pre Registration form at “ubs.bezmialem.edu.tr”.
· Prior to placement processes being completed by the SSPC of students from closed foundation schools, registration of students carrying out undergraduate transfer or placed in the 2016 placement will not be able to carry out e-registration. These students will be able to register with the institution of higher education they have been placed with by cancelling their undergraduate transfer or new registrations.
· Students who have completed the preliminary registration form and who have completed their registration over e-state are required to bring or cargo their health committee report to our University as soon as possible. (From full-fledged state or university hospitals, approved by at least 5 Drs.)
· For exemptions to be carried out quickly, students can present their approved transcripts showing the courses they have taken and their content to the relevant faculty and receive detailed information
English Preparatory
· Language Proficiency : Applicants to programs with compulsory preparatory classes (MEDICINE/DENTAL) must satisfy the exemption conditions. Those who receive 60 or above points in the IYS held by the BVU, or one of the exams listed in the Foreign Language Exam Equivalency Chart accepted by the SSPC, in the past 2 years obtaining at least 10 out of 30 of each of the listening, speaking, reading and academic writing sections of TOEFL IBT exam, 75 or more out of 120, Minimum C from CAE exam and min. C from CPE exam, are exempt from preparatory classes and commence their education as undergraduate students at the registered faculty.*Candidates who do not fulfill sufficient conditions receive education at the English Preparatory Program. · Students registering in programs with Turkish language teaching are required to present their foreign language documents listed above in order to be exempt from mandatory preparatory program. Students who have received education at their own university preparatory class will be exempt from mandatory preparatory classes upon presentation of their foreign language preparatory education certificate.
