What is the Farabi Exchange Program?
The Student and Faculty Exchange Program Between Higher Education Institutions, “Farabi Exchange Program”, is a student and faculty exchange program for undergraduate, graduate, post graduate and doctoral levels within universities and institutions of higher education.
The Farabi Exchange Program aims for students or faculty members to be able to continue their learning or teaching activities at an institute of higher education other than their own for one or two semesters.
What are the Pre-Conditions For Becoming A Farabi Student?
· Must be a undergraduate, Graduate, Post graduate or Doctoral student in a higher education program at an adult education institution with a protocol with the Bezmialem Foundation University.
· Undergraduate and graduate students must have completed their first semester, and have a GPA of at least 2.00/4.00;
· Post graduate and doctoral students must have completed their first semester, and have a GPA of at least 2.50/4.00.
Documents Required for Candidate Application:
· Candidate Student Application Form (1 pcs)
· Transcript (2 pcs)
· Foreign Language Exemption Certificate (If courses at the higher education institute to be visited are partially or entirely in a foreign language; an exemption certificate to be obtained from their own institution for the department/program applying compulsory foreign language program)
· Copy of ID Card (1 pcs)

Assessment of Prospective Students and Notice
First of all, prospective students are considered in accordance with their grade point average and the quota for our university, and students ranked according to their assessment are announced on http://spdevdev01:2222/tr/Sayfalar/idari/uluslararasi-iliskiler-ofisi/farabi/duyurular1125-8730.aspx. Applications are then notified to the other university, and accepted students earn the right to participate in the Farabi Exchange Program.
