Documents Requested from Candidates: Application Form, TUS SSPC Placement Printout, Photocopy of ID Card, 12 passport photos, Residence certificate, copy of residence (from Muhtar office), Criminal record, Health Committee Report, Certified Copy of Diploma or graduation document, 2 copies of CV (In YÖK Format and Free Format), for Male personnel, postponement or discharge certificate.
Documents Requested from Foreign Candidates: Application Form, TUS SSPC Placement Printout, 12 passport photos, Notarized copy of Passport and Residency Permit, Notarized copy of diploma, if received from abroad then equivalency, Document showing that scholarship will be offered for duration of residency training or that expenses in Turkey will be covered (notarized), Health Committee Report, Certificate from TÖMER showing a level of Turkish to cover vocational matters, 2 copies of CV (In YÖK Format and Free Format)
