Bezmialem Vakıf University (BVU) Faculty of Medicine, one of the leading institutions in health education in Türkiye, has once again been accredited by the Association for Evaluation and Accreditation of Medical Education Programs (TEPDAD). Following a comprehensive evaluation process, the Turkish-language medical program has been granted accreditation valid until January 1, 2031, reaffirming the faculty's commitment to maintaining the highest standards in undergraduate medical education.
The National Medical Education Accreditation Board determined that the program meets the criteria outlined in the National Standards for Undergraduate Medical Education. The evaluation encompassed multiple dimensions, including the overall structure of the curriculum, clinical training opportunities, academic and administrative processes.
Comprehensive Evaluation Successfully Completed
As part of the accreditation process, the faculty's educational infrastructure, clinical practice environments, student support systems, and academic development initiatives were thoroughly reviewed. In-depth interviews with students, faculty members, and administrators provided valuable feedback on the quality of education delivered by the institution.

In its official statement, TEPDAD commended the faculty for its alignment with the accreditation requirements and for its active contribution to the process. With this renewed accreditation, BVU Faculty of Medicine is recognized as a trusted institution in medical education through at least 2031, continuing its mission to train competent and qualified healthcare professionals.
