The first session of the international symposium titled “Advances in CAR-T and Cellular Therapies,” organized jointly by Bezmialem Vakıf University and the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, was held. Bringing together scientists from Türkiye and the United States, the program explored current research in CAR-T cell therapies and cellular therapies.
The session featured presentations by Prof. Pınar ATA, Prof. Mehmet Ziya DOYMAZ, Prof. Damian GREEN, Asst. Prof. Pınar Ataca ATİLLA, and Asst. Prof. Erden ATİLLA, addressing current developments in CAR-T cell therapies and cellular therapies. Presentations covered a range of topics, from stem cell therapies to new methods developed to combat cancer.
The second session of the symposium, where scientists shared their knowledge and experience, will be held on November 3.
