Our Rector, Prof. Dr. Adem Akçakaya, has received his Rectoral Certificate of Appointment following his reappointment to the position by the discretion of the President of the Republic of Türkiye, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
During the first six months of his term, significant progress has been achieved in strengthening bilateral academic collaborations at both national and international levels, enhancing scientific and institutional performance, and attaining notable advancements in international university rankings. Under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Adem Akçakaya, Bezmialem Vakıf University continues to contribute meaningfully to education, research, and community service, guided by its strong foundation as a health-focused university and its commitment to academic excellence.
With its distinguished academic staff and institutional vision, Bezmialem Vakıf University aims to further expand its collaborations, improve academic performance, and enhance its national and international visibility in the period ahead.
