Our Vocational School of Health Services (SHMYO) has achieved a remarkable milestone in the accreditation process initiated by the Vocational Education Evaluation and Accreditation Association (MEDEK) in 2024. In the first phase of this system, which was implemented for the first time in Turkey, our Paramedic (Emergency and First Aid), Pathology Laboratory Techniques, and Medical Laboratory Techniques programs were successfully accredited until the end of 2028.
MEDEK is an evaluation system designed to establish and ensure the sustainability of quality standards in vocational education. By participating in this newly introduced accreditation process, our university has demonstrated the exceptional quality of its education and reaffirmed its vision for vocational training, as evidenced by the successful accreditation of all three applied programs.
This accreditation certifies that the education provided by our programs meets national standards, ensuring that our graduates are well-prepared and highly competitive in their respective fields.
