During the term of the current agreements, our institutional users will continue to benefit from open access publishing without paying any additional publication fees.
What is a Read & Publish Agreement?
It is an agreement in which publishers combine payment for reading and publishing into a single contract. The Read & Publish agreement is a publishing model where open access fees are included in the subscription fees paid by the research institution to the publisher. This allows researchers affiliated with the institution to publish their articles in journals covered by the agreement as open access without paying an additional fee (APC).
