Our Rector Dr. Rümeyza Kazancıoğlu was presented the prize of "First and Pioneer in Phytotherapy Education and Research" at the award ceremony of the "Best of the Year" organized by World Press Members Association (DBMD), on behalf of our university.
Our Rector Prof. Dr. Rümeyza Kazancıoğlu, General Secretary Zeynep Gökçen, Faculty of Pharmacy Dean Prof. Dr. Gülaçtı Topçu and our Assistant General Secretary Hatice Kösretaş attended the prize ceremony.
At the speech he gave out at the The Association of World Press Members (DBMD) ceremony where "The Best of 2017" prizes were handed out, Association Chairman Muzaffer Tunç explained that they established the association with 34 people today, 7 years ago.
Tunç emphasized that they carried out around 800 events during the 6 years including meetings, conferences, panels and seminars, while noting that they showcased people who have put forward the interests of Turkey the world.
