At the 26th National Applied Interventional Cardiology Meeting held in Antalya between 25-28 April, Prof. Dr. Ramazan Özdemir, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Bacaksız, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mahmut Uluganyan, Dr. Asım Enhoş, Dr. Nuray Kahraman, Dr. Aylin Hatice Yamaç, Dr. Nijad Bakhshaliyev, Dr. Ziya İsmayıloğlu and Dr. İlke Çelikkale of our Cardiology Department faculty members have received the "Best Structural Case Award" for their paper titled "Successful closure of aortic iatrogenic perforation with amplatzer ductal occluder during mitral clip case transseptal".
During the congress organized by the Turkish Society of Cardiology (TKD) and TKD Interventional Cardiology Association, scientists and operators who have important studies and applications in the field of interventional cardiology overseas and within the country have come together and discussed both existing and new methods in interventional cardiology.
Our Rector Prof. Dr. Rümeyza Kazancıoğlu congratulated the academicians who returned from the 26th National Applied Interventional Cardiology Meeting and wished them continued success in their studies.
