Our students are entitled to receive a diploma if they complete the graduation requirements of the programs they are enrolled in. Graduation, diploma and related document procedures are carried out within the framework of the Bezmialem Vakıf University Directive on the Regulation of Diploma, Diploma Book, Graduation Certificate and Other Documents.
Graduation Procedures
Our students whose graduation is finalized are graduated from the Student Automation System as soon as the decision of the board of directors regarding their graduation is received.
Dismissal procedures are carried out online through the Student Information System. Before receiving their diplomas, they log in to the Alumni Information System (Alumni Portal) and fill in the Personal Information, Contact Information and Status Information sections.
Diploma Procedures
Department/Program based Diplomas are printed and signed by the Rector/Dean/Manager, and the signature process is started. Signed Diplomas are taken to the Ministry of Health/Provincial Health Directorate for Approval/Registration. When this process is over, our students are informed that they can receive their diplomas.
Diploma Submission
Our graduates are required to deliver the materials allocated to them by the university to the relevant units. (Cardboard key, book, student ID card, etc.) Graduates who receive the temporary Graduation Certificate are also required to submit the original document to the Registrar's Office. Then, by signing the diploma book document, they can receive their Associate/Bachelor's diplomas. It is delivered to our graduate with the signature of the student, stating that he has received the transcript and the High School Diploma, which has been back-processed. Documents related to the diploma are delivered only to the graduates themselves or to the persons who have been given power of attorney in return for signature.
