Passport Fee ExemptionOur students who go abroad are exempted from the passport fee. The relevant legislation is regulated by the Fees Law No. 492.
In order to benefit from the passport fee exemption, it is mandatory to be a student. Graduates cannot benefit from this exemption.

Students must add a letter of acceptance to the application form, which they can download from the Application Form for Exemption from Passport and Departure Fee, and students who will go within the scope of exchange programs also attach a document containing the approval of the International Cooperation Office.
For activities under the coordination of the university, the approval of the relevant Department and the Dean's Office / Institute / College is required.
In order to be exempt from the passport fee, an application can be made to the Police Department with a Student Certificate.
