- Submit a Service Request: Complete the online request form, specifying your desired equipment or services, project timeline, and budget.
- Quotation & Approval: Our facility secretary will provide a formal quote. Once you approve, an invoice will be issued.
- Training & Scheduling: Upon payment, you'll receive hands‑on training for the instrument (if required) and access to our booking portal to reserve instrument time.
