MISSION;

Training qualified, competent and contemporary students who abide by the rules necessitated by their professional knowledge; have high ethical and moral values and might fulfill the need for intermediate staff in our country.

VISION;

Training reputable employees who have an international level of knowledge and information on Oral and Dental Health and who are preferred by public and private sectors. The Objective of the Program is training competent and technical staff who may support dental practitioners and carry out laboratory stages.

Oral and dental health technicians prepare the working environment for the dental practitioner, accept patients and assist the dental practitioner and the patient throughout the treatment. The objective of the oral and dental health technician program is to train esteemed, competent, contemporary students with an international level of knowledge and information on dental health and who are preferred by public and private sectors.

Students who complete the program will be awarded with an Associate's Degree and "Oral and Dental Health Technician" title. Graduates of this program will not be able to work individually but may take employment at dental clinics, dental health units of hospitals or at public institutions.

Students with YGS-2 points will be admitted to this program.

OBJECTIVE OF THE PROGRAM;

The Objective of the Program is training competent and technical staff who may support dental practitioners and carry out laboratory stages. Students with YGS-2 points will be admitted to this program as "Dentistry Clinical Assistants," who may be employed at clinics of dental practitioners, dental clinics of public or private institutions or of individuals and will prepare the required treatment environment for all clinical works of the dental practitioners, assist in the treatment of patients and in addition, will be responsible from patient admissions. Graduates of this program will not be able to work individually but at dental clinics, dental health units of hospitals or at public institutions. Students who complete the program will be awarded with an Associate's Degree and the Health Technician (Oral and Dental) title.
