‘November 22, World Dentistry Day’ event was organized at our university. Our Chancellor Prof. Dr. Rümeyza Kazancıoğlu, Deputy Dean of our Faculty of Dentistry Prof. Dr. Sabri İlhan Ramoğlu, and our faculty members and students attended the event organized at the Conference Hall of our Deanship. The event started with a stand in silence for our martyrs and reading of the Turkish National Anthem. Speaking at the event, our Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Kazancıoğlu congratulated the ‘Dentistry Day’ of our dental surgeons and students by highlighting the importance of dentistry. Speaking at the event, our Deputy Dean Prof. Dr. Ramoğlu congratulated our dental surgeons’ ‘Dentistry Day’ and gave suggestion to our students.
The event continued with handing of certificates of appreciation to students who organized the ‘Dentistry Day’ for the past 4 years. Then, our students showed their video in which they made observations about our university from their own points of view. After our Dental Surgeon Serdar Sıralar’s stand-up show, our Chancellor Prof. Dr. Kazancıoğlu, presented Dentist Serdar Sıralar his certificate and the event ended with cutting of the cake.
