The academicians and students of our university returned with awards from the 2018 International Dentistry Congress with the studies they have carried out.
While Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Tunalı of the Faculty of Dentistry Periodontology Department and Faculty of Dentistry student Zeliha Betül Özsağır received the first prize in "Best Poster Research" with their report titled "Use of Free Gingival Graft in Puncho Form in Implant Convergent Gingival Formation", during the same congress Lecturer Dr. Özgün Yusuf Özyılmaz and our Faculty of Dentistry student Muhammed Esad Taha were deemed eligable for "Best Poster research second prize" for their report titled "Anterior Teeth Analysis in Dentistry Students".
The 2018 International Dentistry Congress, held in Ankara between 27 - 30 September, is carried out with an active participation and project application every year to bring together all the components of the profession, gathering physicians and dentists working in clinics, hospitals and universities from all over the world.
Our Rector Prof. Dr. Rümeyza Kazancıoğlu congratulated the academicians and students who returned with awards from the congress and wished them continued success.
